Truman State Case Study
Truman State website was not meeting the needs of their Study Abroad program. In addition, they did not have an online Inquiry or Application, both of which they wanted. Steps taken included:
- Built a new website
- Created a database management system
- Created a custom online Inquiry and Application
EDU-IS also acted as the neutral party for a Study Abroad Program survey
- Managed survey process to retain respondents anonymity
